Lady Hoop

Lady Hoop’s dance style may be described as ‘an infusion of elegant dance and prop manipulation’. She studied dance at the University of Colorado where she immerced herself in a smorgusboard of dance forms, including African and modern dance. Lady Hoop has been a professional dancer since she was 19 years old and she specializes in fire and hoop dance.
Why the hoop? “The hoop is extremely versital; the hoop allows one to blend whatever dance form she wishes – ballet, modern dance, salsa, whatever tickles your fancy.” Lady Hoop is a fire dancer for Elitch Gardens’ show ‘Carnival de Fuego’ and dancing career has taken her to places as far as India.
She is also an animal behavior counselor.
